Melissa joins the Fort Wealth Management team as a Client Service Specialist. Melissa’s true passion is helping people and building strong relationships with her team and the clients she serves.

As Client Service Specialist, she handles the day-to-day operations from overseeing internal operations, processing, servicing, and working one-on-one with current and new clients. She offers professionalism and personal commitment to each client and team member and strives to provide superior service. She brings a high attention to detail, excellent rapport-building skills and always a smile, vitality, and energy to each day.

Prior to joining Fort Wealth, Melissa has worked in operations across multiple sectors including financial services, hospitality, and pharmaceutical sales. She has a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Originally from Louisiana, Melissa has been a resident of Central Texas for almost 25 years. She currently resides in Cedar Park with her husband Charlie, and their three dogs, Oliver, Frankie, and Daisy. She enjoys cooking, reading, and volunteering in her community.
